Photography & Imaging: Large-format, medium-format, and 35mm photography (film and digital); medium-format digital systems including Mamiya and Hasselblad platforms; digital backs and tethered capture workflows; professional scanning systems including Hasselblad/Imacon scanners, Nikon film scanners, Epson V750 and V850 flatbed scanners, and Epson 12000XL graphic arts scanners.
Darkroom & Photographic Laboratory Management: Comprehensive experience in darkroom design, management, and instruction, including optical printing, film processing, black-and-white and color darkroom printing, operation of Kreonite color processors, and use of 8×10 and medium-format enlargers.
Digital Printing & Color Management: Professional experience with medium- and large-format inkjet printing systems, including Canon imagePROGRAF, Epson large-format printers, and Mimaki UV printing systems; advanced knowledge of color-managed photographic and exhibition printing workflows.
Studio Lighting & Production: Advanced studio lighting experience, including LED, tungsten, fluorescent, and strobe lighting systems, as well as grip equipment, studio production workflows, and photographic set construction.
Fabrication & Technical Production: Model making, structural fabrication, prop construction, carpentry, oxyacetylene welding, gas metal arc welding (MIG), and plasma cutting.
Teaching & Instructional Design: Instructional design and course development for in-person, blended, and online learning environments using Canvas, Blackboard Learn, and D2L Brightspace; experience with open educational resources (OER), learner-centered pedagogical design, HTML/CSS, and Google Workspace for education.
